Ken Celiano, Psy.D
Dr. Celiano is trained in clinical health psychology and the art of coaching high performance under high pressure situations. He brings a wealth of relevant research from behavioral finance, neuroeconomics, emotional regulation, motivational coaching, personality assessment, and stress management to assist traders to hit their profitability targets consistently.
Over the last 15 years, Dr. Celiano has developed an innovative, trader-tested coaching process that helps traders understand their inner psychological market to help optimize performance in financial markets. Dr. Celiano has presented lectures and webinars on managing performance pressure in the markets, published scholarly articles and a book chapter on the psychology of trading, taught a course at Northwestern University to help finance professional be poised to perform, and continues to provide coaching/consultation services to professional traders and proprietary trading groups. His entrepreneurial passion is to refine a traders psychological regulation to optimize performance and profits.
Mark Paulik, MBA
Mark Paulik is a full-time independent trader and performance coach. Prior to that he spent two and a half years developing the risk management component for automated trading systems for the S&P 500-emini futures contract at a top private technical analysis firm in Chicago. While there, he also published daily technical market analysis and commentary on numerous futures contracts for over two years (especially, grains, currencies and Light Crude Oil). Mark has been an inspirational collaborator with Dr. Ken in developing their proprietary trader coaching methodology and development of their course at Northwestern University. Mark provides the technical and tactical insights that help a trader navigate opportunities more intelligently.
Mark has a varied background including: engineering, management, sales, project management, and tax consulting. Occasionally, Mark still does some business management consulting for smaller privately held firms. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA.
